Hands down, this is one of the coolest looking (and obscure) clones.

The Airborne Trooper made his first appearance accompanying Obi-Wan Kenobi and Clone Commander Cody to the sinkholes of Utapau. Those clones had an orange deco. Here, we have Mace Windu's Squad, denoted with the Jedi Master's trademark purple coloring. These highly skilled Troopers are easily identified by their "beehive" helmets, sporting unique striping deco and a signature slim visor.

GG Darth Vader Ralph McQuarrie Bronze Bust !

Six months before Star Wars was released in the summer of 1977, the paperback novel was released to a public that had not yet been introduced to the iconic Sith Lord, Darth Vader. On the cover of the novel was the Dark Lord�s portrait by Star Wars concept artist Ralph McQuarrie. McQuarrie�s design was markedly different from that of the Vader seen on screen. This limited-edition bronze by Gentle Giant Studios commemorates McQuarrie�s original vision for Darth Vader, distinguished by cleaner lines and a distinctive glare. This solid bronze bust is strictly limited to only 100 pieces worldwide. Weighs approximately 8-10lbs. and measures 8" tall.

Best Mini-Bust: 2-1B Medical Droid (Gentle Giant)

Gentle Giant produced many terrific mini-busts in 2010, but 2-1B quickly rose above the competition. This was due in large part because Gentle Giant went the extra mile in remedying any and all quality control issues. Because of this, 2-1B didn�t make it in time to be a Celebration V exclusive as planned, but he was more than worth the wait. The light-up effect, the use of clear torso mixed with resin, and incredible attention to the most minute details easily made 2-1B our choice for Mini Bust of the Year.

Star Wars Luke FarmBoy Variant With T-16 Skyhopper!

Below is a quick video showing the Star Wars Farmboy (Tatooine) Luke Skywalker Gentle Giant Mini Bust. The variant (which was for sale only to PGM members and is now sold out) came with the T-16 Skyhopper. The general release will have Luke holding his lightsaber above his head. DEATH TROOPER DELUXE MINI BUST First Look!

Today we are pleased to bring you a first In Hand look at the Gentle Giant LTD Web Exclusive Death Trooper Deluxe Mini Bust. At 6.5 inches this remarkably horrifying DELUXE 1/6th scale mini-bust is crafted in heavy, high quality poly-stone, featuring detachable armor plates revealing the morbid decay of the Imperial walking dead, including the fiendish face behind the mask!

A blaster and 3 additional Interchangeable arms are included as well as several other pieces so you can really customize the look and how much gore you want to display. Using all of the pieces supplied it is possible to cover it all up, but with all the details packed into this one, you won't want to. There are literally dozens of customizable variations and we tried to show as many as we could come up with in our video presentation.

This a dream come true for a Star Wars and Zombie Fan or a fan of the Joe Schreiber's Star Wars horror novel. The details on this one are amazing and the way you can customize it really gives the collector a lot of control on how you want it to look in your display. At a run of only 1500 you could only purchase this version direct from Gentle Giant LTD's website. This version does not include the book but the general release will (but is not deluxe).

Even if you are not a fan of the genre this is still a great addition to the collection and with the ability to cover up what you don't want to see merits a spot on your shelf! Look for this to ship out early in November! Check out the video below and some still shots posted later in the week!

Blue Coat Hoth Han Solo Mini Bust Video!

Take a closer look at the Gentle Giant Blue Coat Hoth Han Solo Mini Bust which is shipping this week to the lucky collectors who pre-ordered him. This variant version was a PGM Exclusive and limited to just 650 pieces and is currently sold out.

A cool feature of this mini bust is the option to display him without the antenna attached, with them attached and in the "closed position" where it stands at 9 1/4 inches from base to tip and then a third option with both antenna fully extended where it stands at 14 inches high.

The various options on him are welcome news to collectors so he should be able to fit into almost any existing display case without any problems. The paint applications, portrait, sculpt and details on this one are all superb. We will have a more detailed review and a ton of images early next week but if you missed this one, be sure to grab the brown coat edition which is still for order at many of our sponsors which is the same exact item, just with the brown coat. Next up for the 12" line to be released will be the Han and Chewie. Han will be done in both head variants. They also said the Jawa would be released in both a vinyl and cloth cape and that it would be "blind box" shipping. So buyers wouldn't know which version they're getting until the package arrives. There was also talk of both a C-3P0 and R2-D2 coming but there were problems with the "metal look" in getting them cast and that the goal was also to have R2's dome click when turned so no ETA on when they will be coming out. At least 2 waves are planned with more in development.

If there any pieces available at that time we will open pre-orders to the general public.
